📅 Date: Sunday, May 26th, 2024
🕒 Time: Run start time: 10am
📍 Location: starting place: Louise McKinney Riverfront Park, 9999 Grierson Hill NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 2A4
Route along the river valley, towards Walterdale bridge
🏃‍♂️The run is open to all adults and teenagers (12+).

The different routes:

Not far from the French-speaking district of Bonnie Doon, the routes start in Louise McKinney Riverfront Park and then run through the river valley along the Saskatchewan River, towards the Walterdale bridge, and then it goes back to the starting point. The 10km circuit will go further than the 5km, so it won't be two 5km loops.

Ideal for beginners and families, this route offers a leisurely tour of some of Edmonton's scenic spots along the River Valley, all with a touch of French flair. Run or walk at your own pace and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

For those seeking a more challenging experience, the 10km route will test your endurance and determination.

Just in time, we're looking for around 20 volunteers to supervise runners, serve pastries, hand out packages to runners and so on!
